Which activities will be done?

For the brave ones:  Wild jungle discovery

Night in the forest with hammock and mosquito nets. You will learn survival techniques: making fire, climbing trees, making strong ropes to make an ecological camp, making traps.​​

  • World of plants: aphrodisiacs, medicinal, aromatics, flagrant,  mortals and  exotics 

  • World of Insects: tarantulas, spiders, scorpions, coleopters, crickets, dragonfly, butterfly

  • World of mammals: monkeys, tapirs, jaguars

  • World of snakes: anacondas, jiboias, jararacas , corals , surucucus

  • World of birds: toucans, parrots, Aras, hummingbirds, herons, falcons

You have the choice to participate or not in the activities. If you prefer, you can stay at the hotel and enjoy the idyllic setting, the peace and quiet of the place.

  • Transport from Manaus to the hotel - go and forth 

  • Stay in the hotel

  •  Bilingual guides (Portuguese - English) 

  • Needs for  camping - hammock and mosquito nets   

Not included:

  • Internet  - 10 reais per day

  • Bar service

TO KNOW

 

The Amazon includes:

 

  • A dry season from May to October: the rivers and streams are low and some parts of the Amazon will not be accessible

  • A wet season from November to April: the rain can alter some of the activities offered

 

The fauna and flora vary according to the season, so we cannot guarantee the appearance of all the animals described depending on the chosen season. The program of activities can be modified at any time depending on the weather conditions.


 

It is essential to bring with you:

 

  • Sunscreen

  • Mosquito repellent - You can buy the brand “Exposis” in Brazil which is very effective

  • A hat

  • A K-way - for the rainy season

  • Long-sleeved T-shirts and pants - especially for outings in the forest

  • Light clothing because it will probably be hot, regardless of the season.
